r nOverseeing the ordering & product availability.
r nEnsuring proper load ability of trucks optimum utilization of space.
r nKeeping focus & minimizing vehicle turnaround time.
r nScheduling loading/Unloading activity in such a manner that maximum output can be obtained.
r nEnsuring zero tolerance in loading of stocks proper counting & checking mechanism to be put in place to avoid stock mismatch.
r nEnsuring all outward vehicles should be handed over with all valid required documents.
r nExecute Daily dispatch in line with the plan.
r nImprove loading practice as per SOP to minimize in-transit damage.
r nInventory control.- follow FIFO/LIFO, stacking norms, Minimum and Maximum stock limit.
r nTimely Order Execution tracking and delivery status at DB point.
r nCo-ordination with sales team for day today activities.
