Responsible for Store Operation and Store Policies implantations. Developing and implementing SOPs for
the warehouse.
Responsible for smooth operations while Inward and Outward. Arranging necessary Manpower for
Loading and unloading. Require Smooth communications with Transporters, Drivers, Porters, other
online channels etc.
All Eway bill, Excise paper work, Paper work incoming and outgoing material legal and commercial,
Microsoft Office Package Microsoft Office, Outlook, Power Point and Excel
Strong ERP SAP or any other software for Inventory management knowledge should be required
All stock reconciliation,stock accuracy & MIS of Inventory.
Should be Maintain 5&rsquoS in store.
Responsible for minimization of material handling process & lead time.
Responsible for maintaining inventory min-max level.
Responsible for minimization of material handling process & lead time as well as TAT . Control on
warehouse losses as well as handling losses in store.
Responsible for Stores related Audit & to conduct Internal inventory & process audit.
Monitor daily production plans Vs actuals, Monitor RM & PM availability in accordance with the
production plan, Review Weekly and Monthly Plan vs. Actual.
Communicate with purchase dept. for timely supply of Raw & packing Materials. Inventory classification
into Fast moving, slow moving, non-moving & ABC analysis.
Maintaining FIFO/FEFO/LIFO and Shelf-life monitoring, preparing inventory reports & analysis for
Materials department.
