Role Overview &ndash
This Executive- Call Center role will span across line
functions at SOTC & TCIL. In this role, Executive /
Senior Executive would require to create revenue by
maximizing query conversations, while being compliant
to set organizational standards.
Purpose of Role:-
Bringing in sales.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensuring quality service by following the organization
standards
Responsible to attend to the enquiries over a call and
interact with the customers
Responsible for converting the enquiries & achieve
sales targets
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction & to
meet the TATs
Responsible to follow all the policies & systems of the
organization
Ensuring quality service by following the organization
standards.
Work directly with any Customers/Clients via phone &
persuade them to purchase our products Holidays
Packages
Requirement:-
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales Any BPO
sales
Interview 2 rounds both f2f
Maximum age 35
English level fluent
Undergraduate / Graduate Both will work
Shift Window 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Any 9 hours shift
No night shifts
6 days working & 1 Rotational week off
Salary Up to 3.5 LPA Maximum depends on last
