Roles and Responsibilities: -

r n- Ability to drive &ldquosales targets&rdquo of multiple loan products &ndash PL, BL, HL, LAP etc.
r n- Driving business through aggregators like CA&lsquos, Freelancers, connectors, agents, DSA etc.
r n- Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.
r n- Be responsible for Team recruitment & managing the same.
r n- Proper coordination with HO for fulfilment of various leads provided from time to time.
r n- Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities

Key Skills: -

Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Good presentation skills.
r n
Have strong leadership skills.
r n
The candidate with experience in the loan industry
r n
Knowledge of local language.
r n
Knowledge of local bankers
r n
Compensation &ndash Up to 4LPA

Qualification: - Any Graduate / MBA
