• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management

>> Experience of Set Top Box & Mobile phone Manufacturing industry

>> Similar profile experience.

>> Smart leadership skills.

>> Good knowledge of Computer and Processes

>> Experience of managing team size of 100 + people and good team manager
