Duties and Responsibilities,
r n
r n- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
r n- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
r n- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
r n- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
r n- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
r n- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
r n- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
r n- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
r n- Provide input into department&rsquos goal setting process
r n- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
r n- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
r n- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
r n- Plan, assign and review staff&rsquos work
r n- Support month-end and year-end close process
r n- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
r n- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
r n- Liaise with our Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures
r n- Should have proper GST knowledge of calculating, filing and reconciling and annual audit
r n- Should have proper knowledge of TDS calculating, filing and reconciling
r n- Should have full knowledge about ptax calculation and return
r n- Should be well versed and adept at Balance sheet making and finalization and presentation before auditor
r n- Support CFO in whatever financial excel sheets and calculations required with formulas
r n- Good knowledge of operating Tally and all its features
r n- Good communication skills for follow up
r n- Banking knowledge and CMA data making knowledge
r n- Any other accounting and finance related work that may come up
r n- Hearing of cases in department and handling IT matter

BDM requirements and qualifications,
r n
r n- 5 to 7 years of experience as an accountant
r n- Degree is a must, MBA preferable
r n- Excellent communication
r n- Great presentation skills
r n
r n
