Counselling the prospective students via Phone, Email and in person

Follow up over the emails/ phone calls etc.
r n
Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls, converting them into admissions.
r n
Handling queries over telephone, emails and walk-ins.
r n
Face to Face counselling of the prospective students and converting them to admissions.
r n
Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is onboarded.
r n
Maintain admission guidelines by writing, updating, and recommending changes to admission criteria, policies and procedures.
r n
Generate MIS Reports on a periodic basis.
r n
Contribute to admissions by promotions, creating awareness, various activities and workshops to increase walk- ins,etc. e.g. presentations and videos .
r n
Prepares admissions reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.

Desired Skills:

Experience of working on Lead Management System LMS, preferred
r n
Excellent Communication skills.
r n
Experience in Undergraduate & Postgraduate student counselling and tele-counseling.
r n
Should be able to handle Face to Face counselling.
r n
Should be able to handle multiple calls.
r n
Confident & Energetic candidate with a positive approach on conversions.

Able to work on targets.
