Responsibilities:

&bull Analyze the existing UX and UI of a system currently under development.

&bull Conduct thorough evaluations of user interfaces to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

&bull Utilize various methodologies, such as heuristic evaluation, usability testing, and user research, to assess user experience.

&bull Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

&bull Develop and execute strategies to gather customer feedback on their user journey in interacting with the system.

&bull Plan and conduct user research sessions, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

&bull Interpret data and insights collected from user feedback sessions to identify pain points, usability issues, and areas of improvement.

&bull Generate actionable recommendations based on user feedback and research findings.

&bull Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, including presenting reports, findings, and proposed solutions.
