ensuring that the ISO 9001 system is implemented and remains maintained throughout Gleeds
participating in surveillance audits i.e. external audits undertaken by the QMS Registrar s
representative
maintaining a list of Internal Auditors, which is to include their name, contact details, and a
description of the procedures within the QMS that they are responsible for auditing e.g. Cost
Management or Building Surveying
interfacing with Auditors both Internal and External, and communicate audit results and staff
suggestions to the Quality Manager, Local Quality Manager and Gleeds Management Board
monitoring the QMS e.g. through Audit Reports to ensure that it is effectively implemented and
maintained
