Inter Company reconciliation and payments, Audits ( Statutory, Internal, Tax, Transfer Pricing, FEMA and Limited review) Accounts finalization, experience in treasury management, contracts, project management, document control and reporting to management Filing of statutory returns under Employee EPF, TDS and Sales tax/ GST regime, Income Tax and all other laws applicable to the Company, FEMA Entry and review of all accounting transactions in Tally. Preparation of Management Reports and Analysis on a weekly / monthly basis and discussing with management. Accounting and taxation advisory services. Review of all statutory returns and filings data. Access to all government login portals and sharing of credentials. Budgeting and other project oriented activities in respect of finance Discuss and agree upon management reporting formats for monthly financial reports. Review of past years financial statements and audit reports.
