Lead Generation : Through market research and various channels such as social media, industry events, and online platforms to generate leads.2. Client Interaction : Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their HRMS needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.3. Follow-up and Conversion : Implement a structured follow-up, Address client queries and concerns, providing relevant information and solutions and try to convert leads into successful deals.4. Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.Requirements :1. Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.2.
