Who we are looking for ?- We are seeking a sales specialist with a dual role to support all customer acquisition and customer retention activities.Job Responsibilities :- Manage large number of outgoing calls and emails to provide the product information to potential and existing Customers/Clients.- Visit client location and try to build sustainable relationships and trusts with key clients- Generate sales leads and try to meet personal/team sales targets- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction- Handle customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies- Take the extra mile to engage customersRequired Candidate profile :- Minimum 2-6 Years Proven work experience required in sales profile- Okay to travel locally and out of city - Experience in Sales, Customer Retention, IT Sales, IT Product Sales, Lead Generation- Experience in Payment collection- Payment collection knowledge - Excellent communication skills and active listening to resolve the customer queries.- Proactive way of working and Team Player.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Good in MS Office & Presentation Skills.About company :- Lynkit is one of India s leading technology firms providing supply chain automation software and hardware via its 6 different products and a national start up award winner in 2022 in the field of Industry 4.0 and IoT.
