Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Executive to join our banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their banking inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services.
• Resolve customer queries regarding accounts, transactions, and banking products.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Provide information on services, promotions, and account-related issues.

Requirements:

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service or banking is preferred but not required.
