Position title : Business System Analyst Location : Lower Parel Position type : Full time Responsibilities : 1.) Gathering and impact analysis activities as per Agile methodology. 2.) Preparing document of understanding, user stories, wireframes, and other documents. 3.) Manage and coordinate the change activities. 4.) Stakeholder and team management. 5.) Assist with project closure activities. 6.) Testing the project is developed and designed as per the client requirements. 7.) Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately by each project. 8.) Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution 9.) Planning sprints and managing the deliverables. Skills Required : 1.) Experience working on SWOT analysis, product roadmap, activity diagrams, process flows, wireframes use cases, BRD, SRS, FSD, E-R diagrams, etc. 2.) Agile project management disciplines (planning, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, etc). 3.) Understanding of systems engineering concepts. 4.) Ability to comprehend complex problems. 5.) Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project. 6.) Ability to work on tight deadlines. 7.) Problem solving with a positive attitude. 8.) A strategic and out of the box thinker, yet focused on execution. 9.) Fluent in communication.
