Technology Lead - Premier Institutes only Company Introduction : - We launched Grexter with an aim to change the way people find houses on rent. It is a very simple technology-platform that enables rental housing with unlimited flexibility. We run on a inventory model wherein the house can be directly booked with us with no involvement from the house owner. We want to standardize, simplify enhance the house hunting experience.
-The founders hail from IIT Madras with diverse backgrounds (ex-Deutsche Bank, ex-entrepreneurs, ex-VCs). We have scaled up to around 750 houses in Bangalore and are already bigger than some of the funded startups in our space. Job Description : - We are looking for an experienced Technical Leads to join our Technology team.
-If you have excellent programming skills, a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, and have a thing for Agile development then we would like to meet you.
-You should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable software applications to meet our companys needs. Responsibilities : - Own the Responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome - Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging - Write clean code to develop functional software applications - Conduct peer review and provide feedback - Gather and address technical and design requirements - Build reusable code and libraries for future use - Follow emerging technologies Skills and Expertise : - API design and development - RESTful Services - Web/Mobile Applications - Strong knowledge of Data structures and Algorithms - Hands on experience with programming languages like Python (preferred), Java - Excellent analytical and time management skills - Have done Data migration, transformation, and scripting - Solid Understanding of database technologies like MySQL Company offers you : - A great team full of motivation; - Flat hierarchy and transparent decision-making process; - Flexible working hours - FREE office supply coffee, tea, Club Mate, biscuits.
