As a dynamic player in the recruitment landscape, they understand the evolving needs of businesses and the importance of finding the right fit.The Job :Job Description :- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify and qualify potential clients in the USA.- Develop and maintain a strong lead pipeline through effective cold-calling techniques.- Research and understand the needs of potential clients in the USA market.- Deliver compelling presentations that highlight clients products and services.- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.- Maintain accurate records and reports on all sales activities.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for clients.Qualifications :- 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on international markets.- Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and sales closing skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and verbal English to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.- Experience working in a night shift environment (Mandatory).Ideal Candidate :- You should have at least 6 months of experience as an Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative or Telesales role- You must have a working knowledge of Negotiation, Cold Calling, and Sales (ref:updazz.com)
