Job Description
Responsibilities:Understanding Customer Needs : The ideal candidate must deeply understand the challenges and objectives of potential clients in their digital transformation journey. This includes identifying pain points that can be addressed through the company s digital solutions.- Strategic Planning : Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company s roadmap involving setting clear objectives, identifying target markets, and establishing sales targets.- Building Relationships : Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers, to gain insights into their strategic priorities and build trust in the company s digital capabilities.- Solution Selling : Articulating the value proposition of the company s digital solutions and demonstrating how they can address specific customer challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.- Navigating Complex Sales Cycles : Managing complex sales cycles inherent in digital transformation projects, which often involve multiple stakeholders and longer decision-making processes.
