Position : Business Development ManagerLocation : KolkataCTC: 4 to 6.5 LPA Incentives BonusExperience: 3 to 8 Years experience in Field Sales/ Banking/ Insurance/ BFSI/ FMCG/ Pharma any salesEducation: Any GraduateJob Description :- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training- To meet agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records- Sales of insurance policies through an agency model- Generate Business from leads generated, open market & references for achieving sales targets- Generation, meetings, and sales closure on daily basis.- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective fulfillment of leads- Creating presentations and proposals for potential clients in order to find new business prospects.Hetal Patel 8200315113 (ref:updazz.com)
