Business Responsibility Areas Key Performance IndicatorsSales Delivery :- Ensuring sales delivery on all decor categories in the geography- wallpaper,furniture etc.- Responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly and annual promise sales figures and category-level plans- Coordination for material delivery to retailers.Network expansion :- Responsible for the sustenance of the existing network and for Network expansion.- Responsible for Monitoring Outstanding Collections from customers- Interaction with end customers like Architects, and interior designers to help aid secondary sales- Secondary sales activities like shop staff training, customer activations- Customer handling and resolution and closure of issues.- Regular adherence to visiting metrics like DVR, VFIRetailing :- Upkeep of existing display, ensuring the display of the new range of products, presence of books of new collections, disposing and discarding old collections.
