Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager with at least 4 to 5 years of experience to lead our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team management, and client relations. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, mentoring agents, and developing strategies to increase market share.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the sales team.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective lead generation and closing.- Ensure legal compliance in all property transactions and documentation.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.- Manage client queries, resolve conflicts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
