Job Description: We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our Cloud Telephony team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations of cloud telephony services during business hours. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries and provide technical support via calls, emails, or tickets.
-Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for cloud telephony, VoIP, IVR, and call flow issues.
