- Responsible for customer wise P&L including revenue growth and business development.
-Responsible for preparing cost sheets for all on-going opportunities and ensuring approval from immediate Supervisor.- Responsible for Customer relationship management.
-Responsible for identifying and acquiring profitable new business opportunities/customers.
-Responsible for Operational excellence, technology, and teamwork.- Responsible for Value creation (including value-based pricing) and Continual cost improvement (such as Productivity).
-Responsible for execution of Sales Planning as per defined strategy.- Responsible for Demand Management including in-time delivery and collection.- Responsible for Periodic reporting and effective communication.
