• Enter and maintain accurate records of participants, events, and finances.
• Organize schedules and ensure smooth daily operations across ventures.
• Prepare weekly reports and highlight key insights for leadership.
• Guide interns/volunteers with empathy and clarity.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Support cross venture coordination and contribute to process improvements.
