Key Skills: Facility Operations & Maintenance Comprehension: A practical grasp of commercial lease terms, standard corporate safety regulations, and building utility spaces. Vendor Negotiation & Contract Evaluation: Excellent ability to create requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluate vendor pricing structures, and obtain economical agreements without sacrificing quality standards. Advanced Tracking Spreadsheet Engineering: Manage asset lists, create utility dashboards, and chart local cost accounts with ease using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Frictionless inventory tracking habits include keeping a close eye on tiny asset stocks, spotting utilization surges, and methodically matching actual stock numbers.
