Required Interior Designer - Hyderabad

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our interior design, home automation, and turnkey project solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new leads through various channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design team.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor 's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Experience in the interior design, construction, or home automation industry is preferred.
