Job Description
HR Executive HR Support & Policy Enforcement Job Description: Our organization's "Talent Lifecycle Coordinator" and "Workplace Culture Anchor" is the Human Resources (HR) Executive. Your main responsibility is to oversee, manage, and assist with day-to-day HR operations, including policy compliance, employee engagement programs, payroll input data preparation, smooth employee onboarding, and end-to-end talent acquisition. As the "Employee Experience Specialist," you assume direct, hands-on responsibility for upholding correct personnel files, responding to daily employee questions, updating internal HR KPIs, and spearheading workplace culture initiatives. This position, which manages human capital risks like extended vacancy cycle times, new hire friction, payroll processing problems, and policy compliance gaps, is at the core of our organizational operations. Key Duties End-to-End Talent Sourcing & Screening: Post job openings on popular job boards, use professional networks to find qualified profiles, set up panel schedules, and perform preliminary phone screening interviews. Onboarding and New-Hire Integration: Manage every step of the new hire process, from sending offer letters and conducting background checks to overseeing day-one paperwork and giving orientation presentations. HRIS Database & Lifecycle Management: Keep track of probationary periods, job changes, promotions, and exit procedures by updating and maintaining employee records on the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Payroll and Attendance Coordination: To ensure error-free payroll distribution, compile monthly attendance sheets, check overtime entries, monitor leave utilization balances, and provide clean input files to the Finance cell. Employee Relations & Grievance First-Response: Act as the personable point of contact for employees with questions about corporate policies, vacation time, and insurance benefits; escalate significant workplace conflicts through the appropriate legal procedures. Culture & Engagement Initiative Management: Create and carry out the yearly schedule for workplace engagement, planning town hall meetings, team-building activities, and health and wellness programs to improve internal retention metrics.
