Intake Meetings & Profile Mapping: Work together with department heads to determine target rival industries, define key performance indicators, and simplify complex position requirements. Candidate Screening and Behavioral Evaluation: To assess fundamental technical skills, career stability, behavioral characteristics, and expected compensation, conduct structured telephone and video screening interviews. Interview Workflow Management: Organize technical panel panels, prepare candidates for final presentation runs, oversee the full candidate interview schedule, and collect panel input. Offer Negotiation & Closure Matrix: To guarantee high offer-acceptance rates, structure competitive compensation packages based on market benchmarks, make official employment offers to chosen individuals, and oversee wage negotiations. Skills: Elite Sourcing & Boolean Command: Complete technical proficiency in extracting hidden profiles from web directories using sophisticated Boolean search strings and Google x-ray searches. Persuasive Headhunting & Communication: During cold calls, an outstanding verbal presence can effectively sell the company's culture and growth vision to passive applicants. Applicant Tracking System Architecture: Extensive operational experience with business ATS engines' navigation, filtering, and reporting modules.
