we are looking for candidates with good communication skills and an outgoing attitude for the post of Customer Care Executive in our Delhi office. Salary offered is best suited to the industry standards with incentives and ample opportunities to travel widely.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Customer Handling
• New business
• Follow ups with existing clients
• Taking tours to uttarakhand
• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company 's customer service policies.

Required Skills:

• Freshers and experienced candidates with pleasing personality and good communication skills are welcome.

Salary: 10,000.00 to 20,000.00 /month

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year Preferred
• tele sales: 1 year Preferred

Education:
