He Greater Punjab Officers Co-operative House Building Society Ltd. Mohali was formed with a prior goal to provide affordable housing plots to its members. Greater Punjab officers Society Mullanpur. The membership of the society is given to only officers from central government and state government.

The size of plots is kept as 350, 500 and 1000 sq yard.

The whole land falls under the residential zone of Mullanpur master plan New Chandigarh. The Society site falls in Sector & 3C & 4C adjacent to DLF Hyde Park and GMADA Eco-city

The area is close to the foothills of himachal and a lot of space has been spared for sports activities, greenery etc. so this area has been d as low density zone. The Greater Punjab Officer&rsquos co-operative H/B Society Ltd. envisages Eco-Friendly housing scheme with modern infrastructure. The proposed Eco-friendly colonies shall be composite in nature, with self sustained campus comprising of residential, commercial, recreational and other economic functions, planned as per existing planning norms and modern planning consideration
