We are Hiring candidates for Domestic / International BPO.

Process: Inbound / Outbound / Back office / Computer operator / Technical support / Sales executive

Salary: 10.000k to 23000k plus incentives, cab, and meal.

Roles And Responsibility:

• Attending customer queries over the phone and providing solutions through calls.
• Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
• You will be responsible for successfully managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
• Handling patients, referral sources, and administrative department inquire.
• You should be able to understand the query of the customer and work upon resolving them.
• You will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.
