Organisation Behaviour

1. Leadership is said to be a vital quality which is becoming very rare in the organisations. The leaders are the visionaries and also act as a catalyst in terms of influencing and inspiring others. Based on the above statements discuss the significance of leadership in any organisation. Though they share a great personal rapport they always are found having disagreements at work.
