Job Description for Telecaller/Sales Executive
- Required fresher or experienced candidates with strong communication skills and convincing power.
- Responsible for securing new customers.
- Strategic approach to retention & customer service
- Share information about our projects and services by following sales scripts
- Researching prospects and generating leads. by add posting
- Outbound calling or customer services experience.
- Feedback-mails/phones communication channel
- Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query.
- Scheduling and taking the meetings of customer in office as well as online meeting through video calling.
- Should have a basic operating knowledge of Computer
- Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate
