The course is run by the Government of Maharashtra.With the order of Secondary Education Services Selection Board Allahabad, Bombay Arts is now U.P. T. G. T. has joined. Bombay Arts is now necessary for an art teacher.
It is a diploma, which is essential for any government drawing teacher and artists. The Bombay Arts Examination is conducted by  the Maharashtra State Government in the last week of September every year across India. The minimum eligibility criteria for this exam is 10 + 2 or equivalent.
