Production Supervisor

Key Roles & Responsibilities - Look after the production processes and timely get production output according to the targets set by the company - Ensure efficient conversion of RM into FG with minimal wastage - Design processes through efficient use of machinery and people to produce quality output at competitive costs - Closely work with the line manager and manage the shift Desired Skills - 1-2 years of previous experience in a reputed FMCG firm in the production division - Theoretical and practical knowledge of industry quality standards like HACCP, ISO etc. - Must be a graduate in food technology/food processing engineering. - Dynamic individuals - should be able to adapt to a rapidly growing company.
