Assistant Manager Staffing

Incumbent Shall Be Responsible For Business Development Of Staffing Business. He Shall Be Searching For New Opportunities Across Industries And Geographies. He Shall Be Responsible For Generation Of Enough Leads And Funnel To Ensure Minimum Two Agreements Of Manpower Outsourcing Are Signed Every Month. He Shall Interact With Cross-Functional Teams And Work Towards Complete Closure Of Agreements And Transition Of Resources. He Shall Also Work With Recruitment Team To Get Closures On Mandates Signed By Him. He May Have To Do Approx. 15-20 Meetings Every Week With New Clients To Open New Opportunities, Convert Leads To Business And Existing Customers To Extract Repeat Business. He May Need To Travel Occasionally For Out Of City Company Meetings. Incumbent Is Expected To Do Conference & Video Calls With Customers On Daily Basis. He Shall Have To Mandatory Use All Available Technologies In The Company Including Calling Apps, Reporting Apps Etc. He Shall Have To Do Daily Reporting To His Reporting Manager And Management Of Company. Preferences: Incumbent Should Have Minimum 3-4 Years Of Corporate Sales Experience. He Should Be Well-Versed In Digging Out Company Details And Finding Suitable Resources. Incumbent Should Have Excellent Communication Skills (In English & Hindi). He Should Have Experience In Customer Meeting And Client Tele-Calling. Incumbent Should Have Own Conveyance (Two-Wheeler), Own Laptop And Own Smart Phone To Fulfill Job Responsibilities. Incumbent Should Have Worked In NCR Region For Corporate Sales. Incumbent Should Not Be Residing More Than 15 KM Radius From Noida Of
