Interview, select, hire, and train new employees. Plan and oversee company benefits plans. Direct any disciplinary procedures arising from the employee. Direct, manage and develop the marketing team. Assessing existing promotional tactics and modifying the same to attain the best results. Find appropriate marketing channels to promote the company's products through in-depth market research. Examining the marketing tactics for further improvement and effectiveness Developing monthly reports on recruitment & marketing metrics. Other responsibilities as and when assigned.
