Follow Internal procedures and Work Instruction. Ensure meeting the production target in his shift. He should do the component setting for the running jobs. Trouble shooting of components machining problems. He should handle measuring instruments. Maintain 5 S in work area. Maintain reports (Production, Inspection, etc.,) CIP s participation in respective location. Actively engage in TPM activity. Safe handling and placement of heavy components. Working conditions He should have work experience in heavy parts machining. He should have experience in Gleason Pfauter machine. Carne operating knowledge is required.
