Area Operations Manager

We are looking for dynamic Area operation Manager to help us train and keep our employees at
their optimum potential and hence attain our business goals.
What you&rsquoll be doing:
&bull Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned stores.
&bull Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed
sales
&bull targets.
&bull Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
&bull Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
&bull Sustaining/growing sales revenue by setting/monitoring sales fundamentals monthly,
quarterly &
&bull yearly
&bull Ensuring to manage rostering-leave attendance of employees who report to you
&bull Coordinating with other departments to improve customer service in every respective area.
&bull To guide team for expiry, non-moving and narcotic products and their processes
&bull Taking care of look and hygiene of respective stores
&bull Guiding team for selling OTC products and monthly offers
&bull Helping in taking people on board
