Roles and Responsibilities:

1 Set, plan, and implement events and communication campaigns for our properties.

2 Respond to customers in a timely manner. Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.

3 Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.

4 Coordinate with Marketing, finance, and Ops teams.

5 Respond to customers in a timely manner. Build relationships with customers.

Requirements -

Proven work experience as a community management executive or similar role.

Experience planning and leading community events initiatives.

Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.

Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
