Corporate Service –Assistant Manager

Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring positive
client experience.
&bull Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
for all corporate service-related inquiries.
&bull Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, providing detailed information on our
services and demonstrating how they can meet the client 's needs.
&bull Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with clients, working closely with the
corporate services team to ensure that the services provided meet client expectations.
&bull Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing
campaigns to promote our corporate services to potential clients.
&bull Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to
position our corporate services effectively in the market.
&bull Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our customer
relationship management CRM system.
&bull Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and performance, highlighting
successes and areas for improvement
&bull Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
&bull Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends
