Job Title: HR Recruiter
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key
role in talent acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing,
attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, understand business
requirements, and employ effective recruitment strategies to identify and secure the
best talent.
Location: NOIDA WTT Sector 16
Industry: Banking / Finance / NBFC / Microfinance.
Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and
professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop
effective recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance on interview techniques and participate in the interview
process.
Candidate Assessment:
Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and
cultural fit.
Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Job Postings and Advertising:
Create compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions.
Post job openings on various platforms and monitor responses.
Networking:
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active
sourcing and networking.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout
the recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed about the status of their application.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant
tracking system.
Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
