Experience Required for the Job: 0-3 Years Job Location: Nagpur Qualification: Graduation Job Description: ? Sourcing candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder etc. Should be well versed with the various job boards like Monster, Dice, Career builder, Indeed, Techfetch, LinkedIn, etc. ? Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment. ? Full lifecycle recruitment components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence. ? Understanding the Partner requirements for Candidates and Finding the right candidate with all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers. ? Should be working with W2 and C2C requirements. ? Other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities.
