Sr Manager Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced finance professional to oversee our Finance & Accounts department. As a Senior Manager Finance & Accounts you will be responsible for error- free financial accounting, banking, MIS, due-diligence, taxation, developing and implementing systems to effectively manage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance & Accounts in NBFC, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve departmental & organizational goals.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

&bull Preparation and supervision of financial statements like Trial Balance, Statement of
Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, etc.
&bull Responsible for generation of books of accounts & ensuring that accounts are
prepared reliably and in accordance with set guidelines / applicable Accounting
Standards.
&bull Liaison with senior management to determine financial objectives and accordingly
formulate a growth-oriented Business Plan for future development.
&bull Developing MIS for Senior Management summarizing the updated financial
position, cash flows, near-term and long-term forecasts.
&bull Efficient cash-flow management

AUDITS
&bull Liaison with the statutory auditor for the finalization of books of accounts of each financial
year.
&bull Coordinating with the internal auditor to ensure correctness of financial data.
&bull Vouching of various books like purchase book, cash book, journal book
&bull Analysis of draft financial statements including notes to accounts.
&bull Ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
&bull Finalization of Audit Reports

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
&bull Liaison with external stakeholders such as lenders and investors to facilitate fund raising
from debit and equity.
&bull Preparation of date requirements for lenders and investors.
&bull Interface with lenders / investors to address any queries and facilitate fund raising.

TAXATION
&bull Oversee the preparation and Filing of Income Tax, GST & TDS returns.
&bull Oversee the preparation of tax audit reports and Form 3CD.
&bull Documentation for GST/Income tax scrutiny cases.
&bull Ensure compliance with all applicable direct and indirect tax laws.
