Job Title: Associate Accountant / Accounting Associate Job Overview: Our company is seeking an Associate Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: ? Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. ? Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations. ? Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. ? Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other compliance-related documents. ? Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide accounting support and resolve accounting-related issues. ? Participate in various administrative tasks such as data entry and filing. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. ? 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. ? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. ? Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under tight deadlines. ? CA/CWA or Article students preferred.
