As a BDA, you will drive sales and revenue growth for BYJU S products and services through new customer acquisition and account management.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business leads through online channels- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Manage sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growthQualifications and Experience:- Bachelor s degree in any discipline- 0-3 years of sales or business development experience ( Fresher and experience both preferred)- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Passion for education and technologyCompensation:Stipend (during Applicant Trainee Program): INR 16,600 for the complete training program (4 weeks)CTC (after training): INR 7,50,000 - 8,50,000 per annum (4.5 lakh - 5 .5 lakh fixed pay 3 lakh performance pay) for Centre Sales (package differs from city to city) (ref:updazz.com)
