Executive - Patient/Customer Support - Healthcare (1-2 Yrs) Mumbai (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Responsibilities :- Answering questions about our clinic & services - for walk in patients and telephonically- Asking questions to understand patient requirements & convert calls to appointments- Helping patient in the PRC s workflow as per system manual. Greet, Register, Introduce visitor/ patient to the SOPs of PRC- Connect & Communicate with patients - on Facebook, Whatsapp, phone & in person- Corporate tie - up facilitation for promotional activitiesRequirements : - Proven experience as front officer representative or other customer service role- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects- Excellent knowledge of English- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints- 10 2 essential, Graduation will be a plus- Ability to connect using social media - Whatsapp, Facebook, Traditional methods - Phone, post mail etc. (ref:updazz.com)
