Company - HostBooks LimitedPosition - Product Trainer Location - GurugramExperience - 7 years in SaaS-based / ERP product training.- Facilitate engaging and interactive Training Sessions for New and Existing employees on Product Features, Benefits, and best use cases.- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers, then customize training programs accordingly.- Managing OJT performance of new hires- Conduct refresher training (Process/Product) for employees as and when required.- Work closely with the Operations, Business Excellence Quality, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, develop content, and deliver training.- Identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for the learner,Evaluating skills and attending to the learner s challenges, organizing training materials and scheduling training sessions- Submit timely reports to the management on progress.- Should be willing to travel extensively.Note :- Candidate should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.- Also should have a strong hold on financial/accounting/taxation & ERP products.
