Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educational Counselor to join our team. As an Educational Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and parents through educational programs and career pathways. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive counseling services to help students make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures, while also actively engaging in calling, reaching out to leads, and contributing to sales efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide student counseling on educational programs and career pathways.
- Drive sales and enrollment through persuasive techniques.
- Manage customer relationships and address inquiries and concerns.
- Offer advisory services to students and parents regarding educational options.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.
- Prepare sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling and sales skills.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
