Job Description
The Job :You will be responsible for :- Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.- Building and maintaining a network of clients.- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.Ideal Candidate :- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative or Sales/Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- Must Be Graduate/Post Graduate.- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Proficient in using Social Media and other Digital Marketing Skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.- Willingness to travel as needed.- A positive and energetic attitude.
