-The Sales Trainer s day-to-day tasks will be to provide Sales training, design training programs, build training curriculum and conduct training needs analysis.
-The Sales Trainer will also design and execute programs that are intended to accelerate the development of the entire sales force to meet current and future business objectives.- Additionally, the Sales Trainer will design, develop and implement sales training programs in both the global and national sales teams.Qualifications :- Presentation Skills and Communication Skills.- Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development.- Experience in customer service.- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement.- Bachelor s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.- Relevant experience in training and development, or sales leadership.- Industry certifications such as the CPTM, CPLP or equivalent are a plus.
